Step 1 : Discussion
We discuss your event calendar, exhibitor profile, and goals. We configure the OE (Organiser Edition) tier specifically for your exhibitions.

You include Helpie Event as part of exhibitor registration (bundled or optional upgrade). We work together on promotional strategy and materials.
Step 3 : Onboarding
We send welcome emails to exhibitors, provide setup guides, and handle all support queries. Your exhibitors get working credentials before the event.
Step 4 : Revenue share
When exhibitors upgrade from OE to paid plans (Essential, Pro, or Advanced), you earn a share of the subscription revenue. We handle all billing and invoicing.
